My progress was gone after clearing the app from background

Loved this game when I first played it several years ago, but recently after clearing this game from my background I would lose my progress (for example, I would’ve been at level 23 and after restarting my level would be at 10 and everything in between would still be the same except for all the purchases.) Please fix it, thanks!

I paid to have ads removed only to have smaller ad banners appear over navigation buttons in game. I have to close app and start over because “BACK” button is covered by banner.

Pretty fun and have to have a touch of skill but mostly just aim and grab! I recommend it to all ages.
