The VPN logo does not show up on my phone so it looks like it’s not working. I first paid for the AT&T mobile security app thinking that it would give me vpn protection on my phone regardless of where I was connected. Wrong. So now I found this one and paid for it too and the vpn logo is no where to be found. Customer service doesn’t even understand how this garbage works. Thanks for taking my money, not answering my questions & giving me a service that doesn’t work. What a waste.

ATT says you get this for free with the business elite plan and sends me a link to download. Ended up getting charged. Good racket if you can get a few hundred thousand clients to fall for the scam.
Supposed to be free for our business account.

Per the review title, after repeated calls to support, it still wants to charge us every month for each phone on the account.

On top screen show LTE vpn. In the app show green safe and connected but looking I use my LTE . The iPad connected the same WiFi it’s working great .

I’ve been using Lookout for years and have always been a fan. I love the VPN feature which wasn’t available in the standard app. With Safe Wi-Fi and a VPN I feel much more secure when I travel
