I have bought this application and have so many troubles with it one of them when I select some photos to move them, the app directly hang then close and the other thing when i add many photos together it doesn’t accept them and have to add them one by one and this take so long time
Locked out, lost pics

This is the third time I’ve been locked out of this app and lost all my pics. I’ve never changed my password but it will randomly stop accepting it. The recovery emails never arrive in my inbox either.

Made a new empty album, new album was auto populated with pictures from another album, checked on old album to make sure they weren’t cut from there. Verified it was a copy and deleted the new album, result was loss of all 600+ photos from my old album. I also tried contacting support with no reply. 4.99 is not worth the risk of losing 600+ memories and poor support.

Since ios11 is SO buggy! They fixed a little with an update but is still not what it used to be. If it shapes up it’ll be great again! What is taking them so long to fix the bugs on this?! Any time you try to Move a Photo to a folder it quits the app!!

New photos saving over old!! Please fix now!!! I see the old pics but when I tap them they switch automatically to my new photos! I’m downloading Keepsafe until this is fixed. I have no access to some of my photos.
