Went from great to horrible

They used to have downloader, which worked great. Then they rolled it into their new offerings and it is garbage. The layout is poorly planned. It is weak against hijacking. Overall quality really went down too. Obviously not the company they once were. Save your money an look elsewhere for a solution.

Since Updating To 2.0 All My Files Are Missing From Old Version 1.8.5 I Want My Files Back There 33 GB Used In The App Storage It’s Needs Updated Again Or I’m Gonna Delete It Combine v2.0 And v1.8.5 Together

I’m glad this has been updated. Although in the time since the new Operating system I had lost most my saved files, and some of the videos I had I cannot open any more. And would like to know how I can download videos again.
Recent upgrade can not open pics

After upgrade, the app is simplified, not as layered as before. Also, it can not view the pics I saved in files. Need to be fixed

I am very glad they made an update because they definitely needed one. I kinda like the layout and I love the new feature that lets you sort files by date added or size. The process of downloading a file is much better. However this update doesn't seem like it's finished. The new update took away the ability to add folders and threw all my files into one huge mess. More importantly, half of my files won't even open, larger ones cause the app to crash. If i could load my files, I would give this app 5 stars Ps- if you're reading this and you can't load some of your files, id suggest exporting them to your camera roll and then importing them back to the app (high res videos will be compressed). If you're a normal person and you have a limited amount of storage space and time, id suggest you do what I do and pray to god they fix it so I keep my files

Thank you for updating this app!!! After Apple switched to 64-bit mode for iOS 11, I thought this app would die like many other outdated apps. But you guys fixed it! Now my “art” collection is saved! I can now go back to downloading all the “art” I can get my strokes on!
Ruined!

The last two updates ruined the app for me. Now anytime I want to see any of the pics I saved, the app freezes and kicks me out. So those pics are basically gone. Very disappointed.

This was a great App. Thank you for making it possible to have all my content in one place. That doesn’t make it better I hate it. And having lost all the content from the GREAT APP before this GARBGE I’m really disappointed. To Bad!
