Not the average stylist it’s an experience

This was by far the best blow dry I ever had. He is the best , my hair has not looked this good in years. From start to finish he had me in cloud Nine. He’s the hair whisperer for sure . My stylist now!!!

Hidden fees

I’m surprised. I was overcharged $169.00 and charged twice for the same service. I wrote the customer service team and asked them to correct the mistake and they responded more or less it wasn’t their problem. They mentioned there are hidden fees, so for example if you opt for the 115 makeup they actually charge you 138 and if you opt for 65 blowout they actually charge you 78. This information is not disclosed on their website... so ok, I guess. But On top of the hidden fees I got charged twice for the same service? My goodness. I ended up having to dispute the issue with my bank.

I love the people When I can get but site says doesn’t service me despite that they have a LOT.! 2nd-asked for a vaccinated person and they ignored. If coming to my home with my health I do have ability especially at these prices to ASK!

I’m so happy I was able to find this app! My niece was having her junior prom and told me last minute she had no idea what to do with her hair or make up. I was very fortunate to find someone last minute and book for her hair and makeup to be done at her home. They both did an awesome job and I will definitely consider using this app again for any future events. My only complaint is they do not service all areas which is unfortunate.

I tried to make an appointment and got 4 texts saying that 4 different stylists couldn’t make it because of an emergency, then a different person was assigned who wasn’t listed originally as one of the stylist options. Very odd.

These people were fabulous! After scheduling my services they were in touch by text to make certain all details were correct. The day of the services scheduled, having never done anything like this before, I was a little concerned no one would show. The stylist was there as scheduled and I do not have the words to describe what this precious, talented, and confident lady brought to our day! It was my son’s wedding day and quickly became quite chaotic. She did 8 hair styles ranging from children, men and women’s styles. Lauren was the calm in the storm. What an angel. I am forever grateful to PRIV and Lauren.
They canceled 24 hours before my event leaving me with no options

I got a single text message less than 24 hours before my event informing me they canceled my makeup artist and had no replacement. That was all the communication they sent, just a random text, leaving me without any options to find a new makeup artist. It was Friday afternoon at 3pm. I called every makeup studio I could find in my area (Newport Beach). But everything was already booked for the weekend. I had made my appointment at least a month in advance. So, I guess I’m doing my own makeup now…..Beware!! Would not recommend this app or service!! You’re better off booking direct with a studio or salon, where you won’t get some anonymous text canceling at the very last minute with no apologies or options.

Very happy and satisfied with my final look. Ford is an excellent makeup artist. She is also very personable and engaging. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
