Very poor service

A long list of issues, ranging from extremely long fulfillment times to long delays in following up from customer service. There are sync issues as well and this app is very limited in functionality.

How can you create something and just because you don’t order for it immediately, when you return and sign in, it’s gone like puff! All that time and energy wasted in creating gone just like that! I’ll rather find a website that gives me the option to add stuff to my basket or save for later and purchase when I can. Thank you for all that wasted hard work!!!!
Horrible customer service and low quality products

Low quality t-shirts and art prints. Even worse customer service. Constant delays in shipments. Literally 1-2 months. Customer service is really bad and will make up any excuse to not to issue a refund even though it’s 100% their fault. Stay away from this company.

Fix the capa issue so i can freaking log into my account. Once that is fix i will give a 5 stars because every thing else is great just can’t freaking log in.

I’ve been using this app since January, mostly to keep track of my incoming orders. One improvement that I would appreciate would be to be able to change or cancel orders within the app. I am not always near my computer when an order comes in and if I need to make a change due to customer request, I would like to be able to do that on the app - if I can’t get to my computer before the order starts processing it is too late.

I can’t even get past logging in. It either tells my my email doesn’t exist or It keeps asking to “verify” that I’m not a robot and makes me keep doing picture puzzles.. then I click verify and another puzzle comes up. I’m super dissatisfied because this would be extremely helpful to have on the go for my business 0/10 I deleted the app waste of time
Customer service is terrible

Their customer service is slow and strangely blames *you* for their failures. Our Etsy shop had a perfect score until we started using Printful. Their slow delivery times and customer service agents who tried to tell me it was my fault that items had not shipped wound up costing us a star. I tell all my friends to go with Printify or other services now. It’s not with the headache.
Severely Lacking

The app has few features and no store control functions. You can view statistics and orders, if that even works, and the “dashboard” is a joke compared to what you can access on the website. I have a single store and the dashboard doesn’t even load, not that I could do anything with it.
I can’t access the new template

I can’t acccess the new template button. I have to go out and use the internet. That is a pain.
