Very handy but needs some additional refinement

I really appreciate the fact that this app allows me to print a work using my PC as a proxy. However it has its limitations. Most serious is the fact that my iPad will happily print without error but I never get anything from the printer. This is always because my PC lost its WiFi connection so my printout went somewhere into the eth (At least I hope it went to the ether!) There really needs some type of "ping"to the PC proxy application and an error posted on the ipad indicating the lack of communication. A- nicety would also be the ability to configure the proxy with multiple printers and be able to choose which printer to use from the iPad app. I often find myself in different locations of the building and wishing I could print to the nearest or best printer. All said and done this is a great app of good utility for office roaming or for companies that dont allow wireless printers.

Just bought this App for $6.99 to print some stuff because my computer quit on me. They say it works with pretty much every printer out there. Mine is a canon which is listed on the list of compatible printers. Well mine didn’t work. Tried everything including manually using the IP address of the printer. Didn’t work and then after I was given an option to download an desktop version on my computer. Well I bought this app to get stuff printed because my computer died. What good would that do for me. Waste of $7. So if you are planning to buy this make sure your desktop works. I doubt the desktop would work either. I have seen a previous reviews, it seemed most of the people we re happy about the app.
Works but only if computer is on and not in sleep mode.

I've used this app a few times and it worked well. Now that I've upgraded to Windows 2010 I've noticed that Printer Pro has some compatibility issues. In task manager there are about 20 entries for Printer Pro. This is not good. I haven't tried printing yet with my computer running yet since the windows upgrade so don't know if it still prints. The fact that it sends a command to the computer and not directly to the printer makes the app a waste to me. If I wanted to have my computer as the middle man I can simply use my computer to print from. All my pictures on my iPhone are available on computer as well as Facebook, Twitter and the internet.

Sometimes cannot print all pages. Don’t know why. Usually works great.

This is the only app that is reliable when it comes to printing from the iPad to my printer which is not an "air print" printer. I have tried several others, and deleted them. Their tech support is very helpful too.

I have been over joyed that I don’t have to buy an apple printer to carry everywhere just to print. Can’t read for long on these screens; your great software allows me to print in almost every business and office setting. Thanks again.
