I cannot believe I paid for this app. The directions are a puzzle. It just plain does NOT work and there doesn't appear to be any recourse to getting a refund. Stay away and save your money.

Customer service did not help when I asked. They sent worthless information when I asked for help since the print program did not work after it was installed.

This app does nothing and I have received no response from support in over a year.

I was led to believe that I could print to any printer in my private network. DOES NOT WORK!! I notified IRM Support and never received a bug fix. Buy a wireless printer and use Apple's built-in print app or HP's ePrint.

Works with my epson and hp printers

Works with my HP and epson workforce 2540. It takes some getting used to but even my daughter likes to print photos with it. Would recommend to others.

Downloaded the app but can't get it to print. Opened a support ticket 5 days ago and prod them for a response every other day but as yet no response. I expect a lot more from a $10 app.

Just downloaded this and is does not work. Tried Tech support but it said “fatal error” or something like that. Just wasted $10.00.

Bought print app. Couldn't get it to find wifi printer. Keeps searching for air print, which I don't have. At least it didn't cost a lot.

Wish I could turn back time....
