The app is amazing! But the tech support blew me out of the water! They are fearing awesome! I had problems getting the app to work, and the support was amazing! They did not give up nor did they blow me off! I can't believe how helpful and nice they are! You guys and gals, ROCK! The app is working perfect now! Thanks!

Not sure why, but you should trust others that already pressed "flush my $2 down the toilet". this didn't work, and wants you to install more garbage on your computer. Listen to the warnings or listen to the flushing noise in your head, while feeling stoooopid.
