Employees do not print

This used to be very useful for me as a real estate agent printing out photos of peoples new houses to be framed for a closing gift. Unfortunately over the past few months the employees totally disregard the print and only start the printer once I’ve arrived, at which point I have to stand around the Walgreens for 30 minutes waiting for the printer to warm up and print.
