Not usable without internet/Horrible service people

**Look up reviews by most critical. Not sure why it is saying 4.8 out of 5 on around 150 ratings. There are like 150 1-Star reviews by themselves! The 5-Star reviews are shill reviews. This will not necessarily work for you. For my printer, it requires a download on a computer! How useless is that if you don’t have home internet. They refuse to refund and at least one of their service people - “Melissa” - is a useless boob. Kept messaging with no clue when you keep repeating the problem. No intention of actually helping. Doubtful this review will stick because they deleted my two star.
