App won’t work

My phone is up to date on updates. I’ve reinstalled and deleted the app multiple times and it doesn’t work. The app opens but once you basically hit begin it just freezes on a pink screen and doesn’t do anything. I’ve waited it out for two thinking something had to load but nope. Just an FYI had this same issue on a different phone.

i love this game! I tried it on my friends ipad but when i tried it on mine it didn’t even load. It left me on a pink-white screen and she told me to wait 5-10 minutes and if it didn’t load just restart it. I tried to do that but it didn’t work! i was sad but this game is awesome ?? but im still having the loading issue till this day :( please help me ;-;

I can’t enjoy the story

I really want to read this story but every time I click start game the screen goes pink and just stays like that. I tried re-downloading it but it did the same thing. If I’m doing something wrong please don’t be afraid to tell me.

Love so far but story stops halfway and you use another gem to finish 1 chapter. For free it's pretty good though

I downloaded it and then I opened it and it froze after the title screen

Game Won’t Start

After the title screen, once I press “Game Start” a blank pink wallpaper appears on the screen and nothing else happens. Restarted the app, restarted my phone, and even deleted and re-downloaded the app. Still a problem after 3 days.

I was scrolling through otome games in the App Store because I was bored and this caught my attention. The art style looked nice so I downloaded it, however once it had finished, I pressed Game Start and got stuck on a pink screen. I tried closing and restarting my phone to no avail. Please fix this! I would actually like to play this, thank you and have a nice day.

I have recently downloaded a few of your games all of which I was excited to play, but after accepting the terms and everything the game will not even load past the main screen. I don’t know if it is my phone (6s plus) or something else. But PLEASE HELP.
