Hi I’m 13 and I downloaded this game on my iPad but on my phone all it does is crash and I have the iPhone Xs so it should work fine ?

I go to the game it loads and after loading BAM I’m back at my freaking home screen....? If I could at least GET in the game then I could say it was good it actually looks cute and fun to play ,but it won’t let me in ?
