Doesn’t work

Please fix your app already. It’s been over a month since I could login on it as it keeps giving me an error message. So inconvenient!

Needs updating
MamaFizzle

Was going to download the app but after reading the reviews I decided against it. Sounds like it needs a serious update..

Can’t log in, broken app
iPravda

I’m able to log in via Primo website but says error when I use the same credentials in the app. Waste of time

Hangry
Mr. Blue junior

Horrendous from the start. It’s like some guy is sending the account validation emails by hand. It’s 2020, that should be instant. Once you are able to validate your new acct, you can't login. Forget about linking your rewards account. Why are they 2 different things anyway? Primo really needs to scrap this app and start over with a different dev. Good thing we also have Jersey Mike’s in my town. Their app works just fine.

Zero stars
Slaury96

This is the worst app I have used. App restarts itself, deletes what is in the cart, slow scrolling, unable to read payment information. It keeps saying, “must enter credit card number”. After 30 mins, I still had to call the order on.

Difficult
Jeweler 123

Impossible to order with the app

Burn this app
sktbdeine

Re-registered 4 times and it continues to message that my login info is incorrect. Get it fixed it remove it from the App Store. Zero stars

This app does not work
HonestAndObjective

Primo Hoagies must be losing so much revenue right now lol. I wonder if the franchise owners know how bad the app is to the point you just give up ordering and order from elsewhere instead. To the app devs—- this is truly the worst food ordering experience I’ve had. Please take a good hard look at your career and consider an alternative.

Can’t enter credit card number
Beeeeeeeeeeen

Every time I try to purchase for delivery I can’t enter my credit card number. The field just stays blank so I can’t actually purchase anything.

1990’s automation or worse!
ChuckDrake

Unbelievable that a food service app is this backwards. Every order requires input of basic info...name, full address, email address, telephone number, credit card info....everything. The app doesn’t automatically populate anything. Primo would be smart to try to imitate the automation in the Domino’s Pizza app....everything is automatic....can’t imagine how many times I got fed up with the Primo app, said ef it and ordered from Domino’s. No doubt Primo makes a nice hoagie, they’re losing out on orders though....perhaps they are stuck in the 1990’s.
