This app is not a collection of Prime Time data for your area, it just tracks your driving for you, which you don't need unless you're brain dead.
Question if upgrade is valid

The app has a good premise but I cannot see how much different the upgrade would improve your odds. Just check the clock instead..?

This app is completely ineffective, and frankly it's crap. I'm a Lyft driver and I wanted data/info on prime time in SF, but the app only lets you select a small radius. There is no feature to expand the radius/area covered. I seriously don't want data just on one neighborhood. So essentially the app becomes useless. I live in the Bay Area and don't want data just on Lower Haight for example. It's such a small geographical area. My Lyft app shows there is primetime in the Mission, Castro, Marina, and Embarcadero right now. But this app shows me there is no Primetime because the area is too small. Useless. Don't waste your time or money.
