I've been using vsco for a year or so now and have never been totally happy with their filters. Then, my friend told me about Priime and I tried it out. I love it! The filters actually make sense for the colors and lighting in a photo - they draw out what's working and help correct issues instead of look slapped on top. The suggested filters based on the photo you've uploaded is an awesome feature!
Simple. Quick. Powerful.

I've been using Priime for some time now and this latest update was simply awesome. I simply LOVE it.

Best UX of any photo app I’ve tried, super powerful editing tools, amazing styles by the best photographers out there. Their new Mac app is also great, if you like Priime for iPhone and if you process photos on your Mac you should definitely get it! Also, if you take Live Photos (and you should!), Live GIF from the Priime guys is super fun as well! And now Priime on iPhone and iPad can edit the motion part of Live Photos as well, truly great!
Newest update has some bugs

I love Priime! Been using it over a year and it's a great photo editor. The newest update seems to not save the photo correctly though. What I see when editing is far different than the photo saved. For example, I reduced the intensity of a preset filter but that didn't register when saving the photo so it looked way over saturated. Hope this bug can be fixed! Thanks.

This app was PERFECT in my opinion before this last update. Priime had some of the best filters other than VSCO cam until recently. Now some of my favorite filters such as CRISP makes my photos appear like there is way too much exposure and crispness. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but the noticeable difference is bothersome. I even went to the extent of reediting a photo I edited initially with with this app. Just as expected, when I was completed I noticed a huge difference and not in a good way. Also, what's up with the STRUCTURE reset mode now, where you have to use structure last? Granted, I did do this before without anyone's instruction, however I don't like if I adjust something after setting the structure settings it resets. If it's not broke, why fix it is my thoughts right now. That's all I have to say.
Confusing interface, not enjoyable

I've really tried to like this app, but its infrequent update only make it worse instead of better. While the actual effects are good, the endless scrolling of tiles with cryptic names are a drudge. If you know what kind of look you want, this is frustrating. I suppose it's more for people who don't know photography and just want to tap tiles until they get lucky. There's no way to tweak the styles themselves, either, nor any indication of what they are doing. I gave up at 5.0 and deleted. I prefer VSCO.
