Unable to get pay at pump to work. App says refer to pump for payment method. Pump says refer to app for payment method. Going back to Shell.

Been a user of the original Pride app for years. Tried to download the new app and I can't make it past the login screen. Can't recover my password, because the webpage says my email is invalid, when it's clearly listed in the profile of the old app. #AppUpdateFail

While this version is marginally better. It’s still terribly designed and prone to many glitches. I travel a lot for work and have about half a dozen gas station apps. This is, by far, the worst functioning one I’ve used.

I pulled up to Pride to fill up and it says “An error has occurred” every time I try to start the app... In fact the error that occurred is the fact that I chose to fill up at Pride and not Cumberland farms... so I left to Cumbies to fill up instead.

The original app was bad enough, but this one is a joke. Can't even set up a new account. Says my password was invalid (it's not). Reset the password. Won't let me use my existing savings card number. Asks me all sorts of insane personal info (drivers license number?) and still won't let me submit the form. This is one of the worst signup flows I have ever seen. Bring back the old app! At least it worked.

I found out that if you click 1st Time App Setup, you get right in! This is a brand new app, not an upgrade of their old one. After that, it works great!! Quick, easy and convenient!
Annoying & misrepresent

Sign at gas tank says get app & save $.10 per gallon ... nope! Downloaded the app and entered TONS of info to sign up for rewards and paid for gas through the app and DID NOT SAVE. Called the number to complain and the customer service was soooooo unhelpful & not nice & was told have to WAIT 24 HOURS to save money - THE SIGN DIDN’T SAY THAT!
