Paid for account however it’s locked

Prezi is a wonderful platform for educational presentations. I purchased a 1-year subscription last fall however the account is no longer available and shows it to be “locked” but the licenses is valid for 4 more months. Technically support isn’t great.
Can’t edit at all on mobile

The whole purpose of Prezi is to edit. For non desktop users, the program is useless. Also on Safari and chrome, it’s literally impossible to edit. Text cannot be erased/backspaced if you navigate away and then return to the text box and you cannot move things around like images and also text boxes as well.
Charges, charges, charges

I have been charged twice (nearly $200) and I’ve never even used this app. When I call to speak to a rep they hang up. Terrible. I do not recommend.
No way to edit anywhere

I already knew you couldn’t use this app to edit but the fact that you can’t use the browser either? And that the only way you cqn make and edit Prezis is with a computer? Dumbest thing I’ve heard yet. And the fact that people have been complaining about this for YEARS and still nothing has been done about it deters me from using Prezi at all, whether with my laptop or not. I’d rather find a substitute that actually meets my basic needs than stick around and see what other nonsense is in store with this company
