I downloaded this app and was really excited because it’s a free download. After opening the app you are shown a quick overview and then a screen pops up telling you about premium. There is no way to use the app other than to purchase the premium version and that ruins the purpose of a free download.
Unable to cancel the subscription

I’m trying to cancel my premium membership and try to reach out any customer service from you guy. But nothing works out. I really enjoy the app but now I need to cancel the membership due to some personal issues. Can anyone helps me here?
Forced subscription and an unremovable icon

Tried this despite being for to set up a a subscription- these aren’t useful filters for me so I cancelled and deleted but there is a ghost icon of this app stuck on my home screen which I can’t delete. Frustrating and alarming.

I bought this on accident. Figured why not used it since they already took my $20. All this app is, is a bunch of filters. And if you want even better filters you have to pay more. Horrible.

I bought premium after using the free trial and was offered a deal for $9.99. after I had confirmed my purchase, I was locked out of the app and was unable to log in as “my subscription is associated with a different account”

Have been trying to cancel a subscription for months and there is no way to!! No where to email or call and no button to click on the membership options. Absolute b.s. and scam
App doesn’t open

If this app would open and not force close constantly then I would give it more stars. Honestly it’s a great app when it works but lately the app won’t even open. Pretty frustrating especially because I paid for the app. As soon as it starts to work I’m canceling my membership. I’d rather just pay for Lightroom/VSCO at least they don’t have this many bugs.

I bought a month pack of 1 dollar , but it seems like no way of ending that subscription , ive tried reinstalling but it didn’t work. It has been 2 months and ive lost about 3 dollars like this for no reason . Pls do something
