I purchased this app but you can’t use the filters on your own pictures. Waste of money don’t do it. I have also emailed them to get a refund and no response. Paid $20 for nothing

Can’t copy settings

I was using this to edit my photos, but it seems after the update I can no longer copy the settings to Lightroom to edit.

Great for people who don’t have that eye for color

Love this app! I don’t have the eye for correct coloring and this helps out so well. It took my family beach photos from?to ?

I have been using this app for about a year and loved it until the update happened and now I can’t copy any of my presets. Something obviously got messed up in the update. Can you guys please correct this issue? I would gladly change the rating as soon as the issue is resolved.

I don’t have access when I paid

I paid $39 + to access all presets and now it telling me weeks later that I have to pay again...??when I already paid.. this isn’t right.. my money had been taken from my account but yet I can’t use what I paid for

I just purchased this thinking it was a normal App where you can upload the picture and edit it, WRONG you can’t upload anything, gives you a full page of direction on how to apply it and it DOES NOT WORK. Do not spend your $ on this app unless you have a month to figure out how to use it. SAVE YOUR $ or purchase a normal App like LENS.

I can’t copy presets anymore after the iOS update

Could you please advise me how to copy the presets? , it seems that feature no longer exists after the new 14.1 iOS update . When I choose launch to the lingtroom app it shows me that message every time “skipped importing duplicate “ and I can’t find the pic in the library
