The app updates render the device non functional. So when you need the app the most, when you're far away, the app requires you to update. Pretty stupid. No wonder it's free.

I have my old iPhone 4s pointed down at our driveway so as to only cover the driveway and not the street. It then provides notification when our house cleaners arrive and leave (and anyone else). Very handy for us without being intrusive. And notifications on my iPhone and via email. All for free!
