Even though this is a great Math app for Kindergarten children, preschoolers would benefit from it too! What I loved the most was the variety of questions to check total understanding of the concept - with a SN child this is wonderful. This app will remain on my iPad for a very long time. Thank you

This is a wonderful app for PreK to Kindergarteners :) I really think over time this app will help my youngest son and maybe even his big brother and sister too :). Splash Math makes many wonderful fun and exciting apps for many age groups and it's great to see one for Kindergarten :) I really love the different areas of math this app covers for this age range :)

I love that Splash Math Kinder covers all the basics. It recognizes that kids entering Kinder may not have been in a formal pre-K program and may have varying familiarity with math concepts and number sense. This app covers all the basics so all kids can start from the same place. It gives a really good introduction to all the prerequisite skills needs to progress in math. The reinforcment makes it fun. I highly recommend it for families and schools. I used it with my special needs son and he did very well navigating it himself. It's easy to use.

Great math app for early learners!

I used this app with my twins who are preK (one with special needs). Both did great and were very entertained. I love how this app is very customizable: the parent can determine what math concepts to tackle at a time. It even gives the option to have goals for your child to strive to reach as a reward. There is also the option to have a report of your child's progress emailed to you to help determine what areas they have mastered and which they still need help with. Great for comparing how they are doing on school tests for the same knowledge base. As the child learns, they earn animals to help build their jungle and can play with their new jungle friends.The animals are very cute and entertaining to play with. This is a great value for the money and a great introduction to numbers, counting, and early math concepts.

I bought this app for my 5 year old who will be entering Kindergarten soon, and she absolutely loves it! It keeps her interested with the prizes she earns, and I love the fact that I can set goals for her and pick and choose what I want her to learn. They also send me a progress report where I can see how well she's doing, as well as any weak spots she needs to spend more time on! Love this app, and will be getting the next one!

I love the Splash Math series so I bought the full version as soon as the app was released. It has never launched for me. I've contacted the developer a number of times and they responded by asking about my ipad version, etc. but the problem has never been fixed... Even with the latest iOS and support version 2.0.
