I am very irritated that a one star is the lowest I can rate this app. Because I was charged for a platinum account that I didn’t even purchase. So if you are reading this don’t get the game unless the makers can fix the bug where you are forced the purchase a platinum account to play!!

Somehow I have had a premium subscription to this for almost a year and didn’t realize it. I thought the 10 dollar charge was coming from a different app and the bill just says iTunes. I never paid to get premium because there are literally a thousand other companies that make sudoku puzzles and you would be crazy to pay for it. I have no idea how the subscription started but I am not happy cause this is nothing I would have ever done.

I’m getting same issue as everyone else. No where to cancel subscription on app. Baited into installing game with promise to get tokens on a different game. Before I knew it I was stuck with a stupid game that is free everywhere else. To delete subscription one must go to iTunes and speak with a representative to cancel. All these ratings on here with 5 stars are bogus. Looks like the developers are possibly creating bogus Apple ID’s and leaving 5 star ratings to boost the overall star rating above the 1 star that it should receive. All the 5 star reviews are generic and most of them make no sense. Many of the fake reviews are incomplete sentences. Some are irrelevant. And others are broken English. THIS APP IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I have asked Apple to remove this app from their platform. Apple should no way in hell allow the developers of this SCAM to continue moving forward taking our money. This does not look good on Apples part being that they continue to let this go on. With that being said, I hope APPLE does the right thing and bans these cheating developers from ever stealing from their loyal customers again. Remove this app immediately.

You have to pay a monthly subscription but you get a week long free trial. If you delete the app it does not cancel your subscription so they will still bill you. To cancel your subscription (on an Apple device) go to your settings, and then go to itunes and App Store, then click on you Apple ID (you will have to type in your password), and then go to subscriptions and hit cancel. This will cancel your subscription. Other than the monthly fee for this game, I think it is good.

Should have read the reviews. I canceled the app before it was due to resubscribe because I had no desire to play anymore. On the day it was suppose to cancel, I was charged for an additional month. I saw the developer comment on someone review. Obviously we know you have to authorize a purchase before it’s made but not if I cancel and you charge me anyway. Now I’m trying to contact Apple Support.

I also downloaded this app through another game to win rewards in the first game. The instructions said I would get a free seven day trial before being charged. Guess what? Charged immediately. And I am on family sharing. With my mom. It didn’t go well. No unsubscribe feature in the app. I am currently chatting with Apple support to get the money back. Not cool.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. IT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I downloaded this and played it for a while and I always avoided buying the subscription until one day I accidentally clicked on the option to buy it. I tried to cancel it right away, but there was absolutely no way on the app. So I just tried deleting it and it worked until I got charged by Apple. This is ridiculous! I was charged $12 for nothing! I expect to get my money back.
