Our workouts range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and are heated using state-of-the-art Infrared technology professionally calibrated with traditional heating and humidifying systems to achieve the ideal hot yoga environment. Prana Hot Yoga may help increase participants’ flexibility, relieve stress and anxiety, build muscle tone and strength, and assist in weight loss.
