It glitches and makes me crash into people and also it doesn't pick up the finger single sometimes

I like the game but there are way too many glitches. When I am going to get food to make my line longer the game glitches and it makes my line go back. Also when I am in front of someone they turn to kill me and I die!!!!! Can you please fix these problems?

The ads can become really annoying when popping up Everytime I die. Also sometimes the sever glitches and delays my turns very frustrating....but if you could please these few things it would be a hit ?
