2 bucks is way to much. Graphics are cute but the price is to high for what you get.

Too hard

Way too hard, couldn't get farther than the 2nd tower:(((

Great Appeal for Retro Fans!

I have played Power Toppler for a few days now (but I am still only on level 6), and I think it is a lot of fun. It is defiantly challenging, and I find it to be really good for those that like retro games (like me). It can be challenging at times when you get pretty far in a level only to get knocked off by an object flying across the screen (looks like a fireball). Also, as a side note, I love the sound of the game. It is great with headphones and adds a lot to the feel of the game. All in all, I think it is well worth the 1.99, and it is a lot of fun.

Good graphics; control a little difficult

The biggest problem with any arcade game is there is no buttons or tactile feedback on the iPad to tell you if you are pushing the right buttons. This makes old arcade game on the iPad difficult to play because subtle control is needed. Otherwise, the game looks great.

Great. Difficult. Fun

I cant believe I have the first review. This game is very difficult but very fun. I am on the third tower now and am proud that I made it this far. I love difficult games/puzzles. And this is one of 8 on my fav game page on my ipod, out of possibly 200 games ive gone through. This is not for the weak puzzler, you have been warned. Joshua Fox

So much potential

The game could be so much better if you could get the controls sorted. I played the living day lights out of Nebulous back in the day and I apparently still know all the right combination of movements, but the control mechanism is really sub par. The graphic could use a nit of polishing, or rather less polish and more grit. Too shiny, muck it up a bit, create some texture. I loved the original of this game and I would love to see a better version soon.

An Amiga Program Enhanced.

I miss the original character vs this....thing, but the game is very cool. Keep your iPad (2 in my version)'s screen clean! It doesn't have the sub-mini game and personally, I don't miss that - FOR the iPad! If it were a Keyboard or Joystick version, I'd complain. The graphics are updated well, and the sound effects are enjoyable. If you have a dirty screen, you could become frustrated with the controls. "I did NOT want you go That way or Do that!" Some of this has to do how the enemies are made and when they come on-screen. Some cleaning is still needed, but it's a very good updated version of a classic. It's playable, gruntable (haha), and a Wonderful for practicing being in the Now and in control of negative emotions. Those are awesome qualities for playing this game, as well as practicing memory. Well-done, Silver Software. Do some cleaning and it'll be even better. Please, bring back some other "Classics"...where Game Play meant more than graphics. "Black Gold" the Oil Management game??? That was awesome!!

A lot of bugs, but good game
Mashalusha

I love this game as I used to play it a lot when I was a kid. It needs some improvements. It can constantly restarts and when it does you have to start from tower 1. Also any time you pause for too long or if you close the game you will also have to start from tower 1. Other than that the game captures the original well. The tower designs are close to the game I remember.
