HOW-TO USE :

2 Modes :
- The power mode : tell you how strong and fast is your punch and your reaction time.
Grab your iPhone, select your weight and push the button.
At the first Bip, take your punching stance.
At the second Bip, punch with all you've got.
- The Speed mode : tell you how many punches you can do in a period, per second and your reaction time.
Grab your iPhone, select the measured period and push the button.
At the first Bip, take your punching stance.
At the second Bip, punch as many times as you can until the third Bip.
- Save your results and watch your Top 10.
- Sharing your result on Facebook is very easy with the secure and official FacebookConnect interface.
- Change units in the options : Pounds or Kilograms, Inches or Meters.

Took me a sec to figure it out but it's pretty fun. You may want to stretch your arm out before you throw some monster punches. Got a 1284lbs after several try's + 27 punches in 5 seconds. Bottom line I'd get it. To all the haters...if you want the real thing go to the dam gym or the fair it's a phone for f sake what do you expect for .99 cents.

Its a fun app!!! ... 99 cents!! Good at parties to mess with people and if you figure out the best way to hold your phone you can really kill it hehehe!!!.. .And its girlfriend friendly too!!!Seriously i tested against the bag at a bowling alley and had comparitive results... A good punch with proper fist turning like you are supposed to, gives somewhat accurate results.. AND SO WHAT!! ITS 99 cents!!!
