Years of polish have refined this hack-and-slash adventure into one of the most approachable examples of the roguelike genre.
Powder is a really fun dungeoncrawler This is one of my favorite games and I think it is one of the best games I have ever played
Very assume game, best iOS game I've ever played. Get this! I think the only thing that could make this game better is a 20 player multiplayer so you can team up with friends!
Well, the game itself is great - an authentic take on the roguelike genre... But every time I move buttons around, quit the game, then start it back up it sets them upside down (i.e. movement pad on upper left, A and B buttons on upper right, all my buttons on the top now on the bottom, and vice versa). It takes me about 5 minutes to set them up, so each time I want to play I have to waste a bunch of time. Fix this bug and the game will be a five star roguelike.
This is by far the best roguelike I've found on the app store so far. The controls/interface are great for the small iPhone screen, and the gameplay is unbelievably addicting and fun! Must have!
But it's just not up to par with far better roguelike games such as Nethack/Slash'EM or my personal favorite Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup. The so called deity+class system is a real hassle and terribly unbalanced. I will stick to Nethack/Slash'Em, DCSS and for the iPhone 100 Rogues.
I have enjoyed the game for awhile now and recently bought an iPhone is there a way to transfer the in-app purchase?
