Ruins Hope

Save your money. This app is nothing but a scheduler tied to an email program to remind you to sit up straight, or do what you type into their stilted menu. Little yellow stick 'ems will do the same thing. If you are in pain, you need no reminder; if you are not in pain, simply post it on a note. Rip off.

This has been both a blessing and a curse. I have learned a lot and been able to recall the short tips when I am doing something our of alignment, thus stop and correct myself. I like that because that is exactly what I wanted. I did, however, ask that it stops giving me tips after 10 p.m. so I can go to sleep, but it doesn't; it goes on all night. I do not know how to fix that. If I knew how, 'life would be perfect',as they say. This is so great because, while nothing can substitute a chiropractic visit, this helps me in between visits. I had a stroke some years back, so it is very easy to slouch and do other things so my muscles relax that they shouldn't do (and aren't attractive!). Thank you for this app! p.s. Is this supposed to be interactive??

Good idea but...

I like the idea of receiving reminders to correct my posture. To test this idea, I set the notifications for every 2 minutes. The first notification worked, but if you have your screen locked and do not open every reminder, the next notification will fail. You will not be notified again until you open your phone again. I strongly dislike this, and would rather continually receive reminders as my screen is locked than open each reminder up. Until they fix this, this app is just so so for me.
