A bit pricey

I purchased credits to send postcards and after waiting half a day, there are still no credits shown in my account. Credits can be purchased at 4 for $1.99, and it takes 4 credits to send a postcard. Don't think folks will spend that on a regular basis. Update: my postcards were sent to the "mail room" but weren't processed/sent until almost 5 days later. Update: I sent a postcard to myself on 4-21 and it is now 5-9 and it still hasn't arrived.
Misleading and doesn't work

Misleading when told it takes 4 credits to mail a postcard in the US. When ordering, won't go because you're told it takes more credits. Doesn't work when it's time to send. Keeps erroring off. Save your money. Don't buy credits.

Do not know quality of final product yet, but there are no controls, no apparent way to delete a card and start a new one. Much better apps out there

So many problems & no way to contact company! Charged for postcards I did not order (their demo postcard & one I already mailed) amount $ needed for postage different now in 2 sections of their program, wrote a new postcard & it said I didn't have enough money (balance said I did but I bought more postage anyway) & postcard then disappeared/not mailed. Etc, etc. If I could have contacted them, I would have tried to resolve problems. Now I'm done, want my $ back!
