Horrible app / price ridiculous

I’ve had this service for years! The app has a lot of issues and the search options are horrible and nothing like the website. The price, just wait to you see it and I’ll let you be the judge of that. PS I believe has a few sites out and charge to use each site! I have another membership and the layout is exactly the same as PS. Don’t let this site be the only way to date or meet people.

So many complaints about this app: too many to mention. So I’ll mention just a couple. The overall quality is just poor and uninviting. Over half the photos of other people are just a generalized template, apparently including myself even though I uploaded photos. Uploading photos is a pain, and you can’t crop them. You have to click so many times just to see the photos of people who actually do have photos visible on their profile. Nothing about this app is fluid. Even though there is a setting for what age group you are looking for, the app still offers people well beyond the age you desire (i.e. say I’m looking for a 26-36 age group, many of the people the app shows me are say 45+.. how does that help...?) Also, what’s up with this username situation. Why can’t there just be a “first name”. Are you trying to protect identity of people? It’s a dating/meet people app, I need a name. I’m less inclined to swipe right on someone who has a username of “randomusername15” or “flex200600” (esp with no photo) than I am to swipe right on someone who, oh I don’t know, has a legitimate first name? The list goes on, but this review is already so long. You get the point.

I have had some luck here but this is a direct msg to the developers. I know you wanna make money but it’s hard enough as is for people with these conditions to find people, so I ask that you make msging free. I’m thinking myself to making a free app for people with this condition and I would have no idea what I’m doing but it would be worth it, The idea is right but y’alls hearts are in the wrong spot. We’re out here looking for love, sooooo help us out? I mean 30 bucks for a month premium? Get off it boys and girls.
