I used my picture, I’m Italian, it made me look like I was polish and completely changed my features... then I went to do my baby who’s light skin and her father who is dark skin and they both turned white, their noses became small and pointed and looked nothing like them at all. It actually infuriated me because with the world being at its most diverse why do we support an app that neglects people of color?! Not me or mine. I’m convinced any positive comment was from a Lilly white person or from the company themselves

I didn’t realize this was going to tag my card, but it did. Now I have a month of this app and it’s not worth buying at all. Don’t recommend any purchasing of this. Only thing it’s really good for is the European styled portrait. So if you get it don’t forget to cancel your subscription before your charged.
Hidden charges Despite canceling 3 different times!

A friend of mine asked me to download this app, so I did. When I downloaded it - it asked me if I wanted to sign up for a subscription, I clicked no, both times it asked in app. Then yesterday I checked to make sure I wasn’t subscribed to anything and I WASNT, only for today they charge me a subscription free to an app I used once for 6 minutes! NOT ONLY THAT but out of the apparently 5 subscription types they have they charged me for the MOST expensive version. 20$ charge for an app I never subscribed too and now apple says it isn’t eligible for a refund, and I am 15$ in the negative because I didn’t expect a random 20$ charge from a stupid app I never subscribed to.
Waste of time, do not install

When you install this app, before you can even see how it works, it asks to agree to a three day trial and $19.99 recurring payment. No thanks.
Don’t bother if you at POC

All the portraits and cartoons it changes you are white. Took away all my dark features and gave me light hair and blue eyes. I thought this would be really fun but I’m extremely disappointed.

First pic uploaded came with a big streak which was copied onto all other photos. Huge disappointment.

I was excited to try the app out because my friend's portrait came out nice. Tried it and was disappointed. It whitewashed me like crazy. It changed my nose shape, eye shape, eye color, and skin color. Don't recommend if you're a POC.
