This game is awesomely wonderful, but maybe you could download the island after you unlock after buying the game to fix storage problems downloading.(P.S, this game is the best for eradicating boredom and I would like to know the estimated time for the next update to come out)

What I always wanted Minecraft to be

I was a very early adopter of Minecraft. The potential of Minecraft was simply amazing. While it made great strides, it never really developed into what it could have been. Items and block types are extremely limited. You just always would wonder why they wouldn’t put more in the game. Now, its apparent that rather then put new items in the game, they put skins in that you have to pay for. Also, it appears that all resources are now being devoted to story mode, which doesn’t appeal to me. I hit a item management bug in the game recently where I can’t easily move bulk stacks of items (I have to tap to move EVERY durn item into a chest) which makes the game frustrating and unplayable. That led me to Portal Knights. Portal Knights is simply amazing. It has a comparable number of block types but has way more unique items like furniture, books, skulls, etc. It also address one of my biggest complaints with Minecraft in that has multiple items that provide light, like fireplaces, torches, lamps, braziers of various sizes. It is just so customizable. While walking through the world, you’ll find all sorts of neat looking items you can take and place in your structure. Gameplay is unique in that you have to find portals to take you to other islands where you can get biome-specific items (google Arcane Compass). Combat system is easy to learn and makes the game a tad bit more difficult but I enjoy it. You can purchase islands (with in-game currency!) that allow you to create till your heart’s content. Traveling through the world is so quick and easy. Character customization is robust with easy to understand talent trees. They also have random events that take you all over the world. Basically, Portal Knights is what I expected Minecraft to develop into. I haven’t missed Minecraft at all. Buy this game and never play Minecraft again.

Game is fun but since the update, the Ancient Worm does not drop the Arcane Mirror recipe . According to Wiki, it’s supposed to drop it 100% every time. Will this be fixed? Yay! Thank you for fixing this problem, I now have my Arcane Mirror. Fantastic game, I can’t put it down. ???

Very laggy

Ever since update 1.3.3 came out on this game in the AppStore all of my worlds are very slow and laggy, I can’t even use first person anymore because of how laggy that is too. I am using an iPhone 7 and have about to 20gb of space left and on the latest iOS update so there should be nothing up with my phone. I hope you guys fix this slowness and lag and then this game will be rated 5 stars ? Edit: it’s not that laggy anymore. The display setting dot thing used to be set on the 4th dot in the game but I moved it down one and now its pretty smooth again. Back to being a perfect game again ?:)

Multiplayer Server requires buying desktop

So they added support for private dedicated multiplayer servers which is amazing BUT in order to get the files to actually host the server you have to buy the desktop version on Steam for $20. I have emailed and tweeted at them trying to get information and they completely ignore it. I am not sure why they dont just do what they do for Terraria and host the server files for free on their website. Forcing you to buy the desktop version so you can setup a private dedicated server for mobile is just greedy. Update 3/11/18: Developers responded and explained why. Although i still do not agree the reason it does makes sense. Hopefully at some point they can provide it so users with only mobile version of game can have a dedicated server. Thanks for responding and bumped it to 4 stars bc it is a good game.

I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to get Portal Knights. Think Terraria Meets Skyrim or Legend of Zelda. Lots of fun, easy to start. My only complaint is that, before the update, multiplayer was crazy glitchy and wouldn’t start up well. I haven’t, however, tried since the update finished, so I’m giving Portal Knights a tentative five stars.
