I agree, it is glitchy. When you move, the screen moves too and you can’t move again until the screen is done adjusting. Annoying.

First off, this game is pretty much a cheaper version of poptropica. It only has one different island. Second, only a couple minutes after I downloaded this app, it glitched. I think the app had potential but it could definitely be better.

I played all of poptropica original and was very excited to play this game but they must have a young team of lazy coders because this game has SOOO many glitches it’s not even fun anymore. You’d think a company that made such a great game wouldn’t want to put their name on an app like this. The load and save feature is garbage, I have to recreate a person every time I access the application even though I have a sign in. The worlds don’t save when you complete them and every time you enter an area you have already been, it doesn’t save the footprints so it thinks it’s the first time you’re entering that area again and it freezes. I’m a mobile developer student and I can code something better than this.. I’m extremely disappointed and something great like the original Poptropica should remove their name from this because the original developers know what they’re doing.. the people who developed this app, absolutely do not. I don’t leave reviews usually but I am so frustrated with this. You want people to use your app, test it first to make sure it even works properly. A kid wouldn’t even have the patience for this and that’s your main audience. Step it up. You’re not doing a good job.

I was so exited to play but when I downloaded the game it asked me to put in my gender but there was no option for non-binary people I do not recommend this game if you are non-binary

I think that this version of poptropica is really neat, and also there are thuuuumbs!!! The game is very fun. 24 carrot is sort of challenging but the thing about carrot ice cream was very funny lol ?! I will rate this app 5/5!!!

On carrot island or watever it’s called it’s really glitchy even if you already did the cat part of the story guess what the cat cutscene of it going on the chimney still plays it’s really annoying having to watch the same cutscene over and over also the controls are buggy sometimes I have to go out and back in the app multiple times in order to achieve control also I can see smaller kids / more easy to get angry getting mad that the same cutscene keeps playing even though they played that section of the game and can’t move on.

why not just update the original poptropica?

there’s way too much glitching in this app. every time i re-enter into a scene it replays everything again, half the time it doesn’t jump when it’s suppose to, it never saves my appearance so i always have to change it again. i’ve played poptropica for years & never had this issues until this app. what’s wrong with the original poptropica app that you can’t just update that one? without all the glitching of course. makes me not even want to play poptropica at all. get ur stuff together guys?

I have played poptropica since it first came out and was replaying the games cuz of how bad the last year has been but this game is way too glitchy and babies the player.
