Don't pay for membership

I payed 4 dollars for member ship just for the islands to be glitchy and not work. On reality tv the game didn't work whatsoever. I want my money back.

I like the Poptropica website better than the app. In the website, there are more islands and less glitches. Galactic Hot Dogs and PoptropiCon episode 3: Reign of Omegon aren’t working anymore on my tablet. I wish you could add all of older islands, like Shark Tooth, Spy, Counterfeit, Skullduggery, Astro-Knights, Early Poptropica and others. There are also common rooms in the website. Please fix this! I will delete the app.
Fun but..

I looveeedd this game when I was in elementary school, but since it’s mobile could you make it more compatible with newer phones? The screen is so small on my XR and it’s become really hard or impossible to go to the next scene. I’m always stuck because it won’t let me move. Other than that, I really love this game. Thank you!

I’ve loved this game for years, ever since i was really young. i saw that there was an app on the app store to play and i got so happy. there’s only about 10 different islands to play, and they were really fun and some of them brought back many memories, while there were also fun new ones as well. i finished every single island in about 3 hours. i decided to spend 4 dollars to get a 1 month membership, because the membership said that you can play more islands with it. i spent 4 dollars, and the only other island that i could play was the timmy failure island. i spent 4 dollars just to play one other island that i finished in 25 minutes. i don’t care about the pets, clothing, or credits. i just want to play more islands and relive my childhood. please add more islands.
Can’t access membership islands

Okay, so I just bought the membership, and the payment went through and everything. So, I went too play the worlds that I was supposed to get from purchasing the membership, but the only one I seem too be able too play is the Timmy Failure island. I’ve tried too log out and back in, but I can’t figure out too access the other 3 islands that I should have received. One thing too note, I’m playing on mobile, my iPad too be specific, and while I don’t think that should make a difference, it just might. If being on mobile doesn’t allow me too play the other islands, than I wish I was told that before I bought the membership at all. I absolutely love the game, and it brings me so much joy too go through all the islands. I just want what I paid for ya know.
So many glitches

I love this game and I’ve played it since I was 7 years old. The app now has soo many glitches and won’t update. 1. First, even though I got the quest in Mythology island, it won’t let me got to the underworld 2. Second, all the new islands aren’t there, there isn’t even friends or clubhouses! 3. When I get out of the poptropica loading screen, it stays there even though I’m in the map. There is literally dots and the word Poptropica on my screen while I walk. Overall, very fun game, but it’s becoming less fun because of the many glitches.

I love this game and have been playing since 2013. I beat all the islands and I wish you would bring them back with sound for my younger siblings to enjoy.
