I downloaded this app assuming that Popeyes have figured out their own delivery service like dominoes. This is just DoorDash so expect the slow delivery times and hit and miss service that comes with that app. Not to mention that door dash pays their employees poorly so why would the service be good

They don’t even start making your order until you get there. You might as well just order there.

Ah yes. The online app that won’t let you order the correct amount of sauces. What a joke. What if I want extra sauces? No thanks. I’ll go to another chicken place.

User friendly app. You don’t have to re-create the wheel. I like the rewards program.
Cannot complete order and pay

As others have mentioned the app is broken. I have deleted and reinstalled without change. I can add items to my cart for in store pickup but when trying to complete the order and pay I just see three dots at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on them does nothing. I have tried everything to complete my order and pay without change. Please fix the app ASAP. Update 1/11/2022 Thank you for your timely follow up.
