Not all theaters near me is indicated. Only for SM North Edsa.

Interface looks nice but the start screen isn't very intuitive. Other than that, the app does what it says it does. The ratings from rotten tomatoes is a nice touch. The thing I like about this app is the promotions tab. You can check out movie promotions from the various cinemas, which I think is very useful. Not perfect, but is currently one of the best movie app in Singapore.

Limited functionality, waste of app space

Popcorn is a very stripped-down app, which would be ok if it smoothly and easily displayed helpful information. Instead, it is more cumbersome and provides less functionality. The only purpose for the app seems to be advertisements and promotions. At least it is free, but not worth downloading.

The app is a idea to search movies in the area etc but it was not showing me results for my location. Guess it's specific to some locations only
