How is this Popcoin game different from other simulations, or even real tools dealing with Bitcoin, Ethereum and others? Bitcoin is based on an algorithm called Proof of Work (PoW). That Work is so expensive only rich mafias can complete it, so the consumer is out.
Ethereum also uses PoW, and has flirted with an alternative called Proof of Stake (PoS). This is where "the rich get richer". The probability of winning the new Ether is a function of how much you hold now. Again, the little guy is excluded.
This game, known as Popcoin, simulates a novel algorithm called Proof of Participation, or PoP (hence the name PoP Coin, contracted to Popcoin). You prove you're human, e.g. by simulating an iOS device on a network, and now you're a first class citizen. You have proved your participation and can win awards.
Again, this is a mere simulation and game, and hence NO LOCAL COMPUTE is consumed. This app does not allow you to accumulate real currency of any kind.
