I liked this game until it start randomly closing. Now I’m automatically losing games & money. Please fix & I’ll give a better rating.

i loved playing this game but every time i do my trick shot to get coins or money. it crashes or says “connection failed”. also i o to start a game and i match with a user “rival29271718” or something like it and they WILL NOT MAKE A MOVE SO IM FORCED TO FORFIT AND LOSE MY COINS! so aggravating it used to be a game i’d play for hours everyday but now it’s going downhill! sadly.

As it says it’s addicting. I’ve wasted enough time accumulating over 50 million points. But there’s nothing like stability issues to help beat beat an addiction. Now the game refuses to let me complete a shot. Hey, I can take a hint. Bye!

(Update Feb7, 2018) Don’t what happened but all of sudden there is a connect/stall issues. I’ve waited as long as 5min for my turn to happen after the opponent timed out. It just loops! I have no choice but to back to the main menu BUT in doing so I’m losing coins. I’ve lost $$ on five matches now! PLEASE FIX THIS!! Another day and no support at all. Deleting the game and now switched to playing “8 Ball Pool” with noooo problems.

The app was fun at first then I could no longer play. All my moves in the challenges were called invalid. In the 1v1 games I never got a play from my opponent and nothing would happen so I had to forfeit and lose money.

I wouldn’t give it any stars. This game is terrible due to issues with it freezing up, taking your coins, etc. When you contact them like it says for trouble shooting, you get no response. I used to love this game but now I hate it. I can only play a Facebook friend instead of 1 on 1 and win coins. If I start a 1 on 1 game, the opponent doesn’t go on their turn and it gets stuck saying waiting on opponent and they never go and it never switches over to my turn. After the time has ran out for them and the only way out is if I forfeit the game and it takes my coins and I never actually got to play.
Low quality app. Don't waste you time downloading it.

My first match and the screen was stuck for over 10 mins. Consequently I have to quit. I wish I never downloaded it. Such a turn off.
