Good App, Needs More Features

Just downloaded this app since I am traveling out if town this weekend and wanted to be alerted to any hazardous weather. Unfortunately, this app does not automatically detect your location, so the alerts don't move with you. Instead, you have to go through a series of menu options to tell the app where you are. Otherwise, like when traveling, you will still get alerts for "home" instead of where you are currently. This would be a five-star app if the dev's could set it to auto detect location - and do so without me having to open the app either. It should all work seamlessly in the background. Now that would be peace of mind!

I can live without some of the features that are being requested, but here's a basic one: let us delete old warnings so that when a new one comes in--we can spot it right away and not have to dig through month old warnings. You should also be able to mark as read or unread" for easy reference later if you need more info later. Lastly, I actually bought this for the sex offender notification, and I haven't gotten 1 in any of the 3 locations I've checked---when I know that there is an offender living in the area. What gives? I'll revise my review when a new version comes out.

WHAT AN AWESOME CONCEPT! GOT SO MUCH MORE THAN I WAS EVER EXPECTING!! AMAZING! It could use a li'l improvement here and there, I do agree BUT OVERALL I AM THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED!!! and then some! THIS APP SHOULD COME STANDARD WITH ALL iPHONES! IT'S AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE FOR EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF AGE OR SEX!!

Doesn't map offenders. Can't scroll thru offenders. Doesn't have addresses. The free one I had before was better than this one

The concept is good, it is easy to install, but there are many shortcomings to this app. Alerts that have been received in some categories cannot be erased and some alerts that have been selected cannot be unselected. Very frustrating.

Great idea. Needs tweaking and weather warnings have stopped working.

Needs more features. Needs to be able to delete or mark older alerts. Needs to return from mapping feature without having to re-open the app. Recently has stopped showing details of alerts. The alert will appear, but when you open the app, the details don't appear. Only homeland security alerts. When is the next version coming out, is my question?

Needs to show details like on the pics where you look at the details info of the app. It will tell u about accident. When you click to show you the Darold it doesn't show anything except about the stupid offenders and homeland security I'm not happy with this
