This app allows you to choose from different polyphasic sleep schedules. After that it will remind you when it's time to go to sleep, and, of course, will wake you up on time.

Sleep schedules you can choose from:
Biphasic — 5-7 hours during the night and 20 minutes during the day (3 variants)
Segmented (2 variants)
Dual-Core Sleep (4 variants)
Triphasic (2 variants)
Everyman — 1.5-3.5 hours during the night and 20 minutes during the day for 3 times (3 variants)
Dymaxion — 30 minutes for 4 times a day (2 variants)
Uberman — 20 minutes for 6 times a day

Great start, needs more features

What it does, it does well! It’s almost useable... But it needs the ability to “snooze” or delay or cancel a nap, especially via the alert message, so I can delay a nap for 5 minutes etc. And it needs a way to pause the whole system, so I can turn off all the alerts and go back to my own Apple alarms temporarily if I need. As it is I would have to delete the whole app. So I am forced with the choice to delete the app, or become perfect at taking my naps to the minute. I’m trying the latter but it’s hard...

It didn’t adjust to daylight savings and you can’t manually change the time.

Good app, but lacking multiple custom templates

Would like to have multiple custom templates with custom naming. Secondly, integration with sleepband tracker would be handy.

I've used a lot of sleep apps like Smart Sleep and Sleep Cycle. This one is a great addition. It's simple and easy to use. I went ahead and bought the full version, but I think a trial would be better than locking down the entire app except for a biphasic schedule. If I could suggest a feature, it would be the ability to have a random alarm played each time I nap. I often get used to an alarm sound, so it's nice to have some variety. Also, could you include a 12 hour clock? Great job so far!

The app is well made and easy to use, but it really needs a custom option. It's nice to have the built in schedules, but it doesn't have the true bi-phasic option (approximately sunset to sunrise waking up for a couple hours in the middle of the night). I would either like that as an option or the ability to create a custom schedule. I disagree with the requests for 12 hour time because it's important to consider a true 24 hour day for sleep schedules. It's also true that the in app purchases are basically required for everything, but it's $1 so not really a big deal.

This is worth the 99¢ if I could actually customize the Everyman sleep cycle. At the moment all sleep sessions are 5 hrs apart but I want to be able to change time between naps because you only need 3hrs between sleep sessions. If this is fixed I will make 5stars
