Charged for in app purchases but didn’t deliver gems

I tried to place an in app purchase, and even though the App Store said it went through I didn’t get gems for it, instead the app said there was a problem. I initially thought the purchase didn’t go through, so I tried again, same problem. I was charged for both. I tried to contact customer support in app, but when I clicked to send my message, it said there was network connectivity issues. So I went off of WiFi and tried over LTE. Same problem. I feel like I’ve been scammed, I want my money back.

This is a game we’re you can just relax and let the money flow. You can customize your cat and it’s allot of fun overall. People say there’s allot of ads there’s not, maybe like every hour there’s a 5 sec ad. This games great.

The first time I saw this on the App Store is when I was a violent type, and I loved games like Mortal Kombat. My sister downloaded it, and eventually, I caught her playing it, when I was watching, all I can think about is “Wow, this game looks SO CUTE!”. I then got addicted to the game. It’s just SO CUTE!

It’s addicting, fun, adorable and challenging, perfect for people who like and/or love that. I’m a sucker and I LOVE dogs and puppies, but ever since I downloaded this game cats are now my number 1/FAVORITE animal! PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!!!!!!!!! but only if you like challenges, cute cats, and tapping until your fingers are going to fall off.
I hate the upgrades.

Whenever I accidentally click the upgrades refill automatically I get so mad especially the one I keep hitting cost 20 gems I think you make it like,are you sure you want to proceed with this or,make their buttons smaller or both.Anway please make it to where it does one of these things or both of the things.

What's better then adorable cats? Adorable cats that wear bow ties and run for president! Oh and yes Ginger wears a bow tie?. I love this game it's so cute and addicting. Money rolls in pretty fast and my sis who hates clicker games loves this one. A total five star game.
