Horrible. Never works correctly. The app never connects. You have to be connected to wifi to see any pictures. Not easy to charge. The worst. I wish I could get my money back

Doesnt like iPhone X

This app doesn’t work well with iPhone X, everything shrinks into the screen and overlaps so you can’t see what you are pressing. Probably I wouldn’t ever been interested in Polaroid cube if I knew the app wasn’t compatible with iPhone X. App is 1 yr old... no interest in updating it?? Looks like there company itself has no love for its own product.

Like most of the one star reviews, I also had a problem with the live preview, all I had was a blank screen; it would record ok, and I could view the recording, but I couldn’t preview what the shot was going to be. Long story short: look for gambit666’s updated review about changing the DNS settings, I changed mine and now I can see the preview. The app is still buggy and will crash occasionally, but at least I can see what I’m recording now. I’m using an iPhone X with the current iOS update.

This app lost the connection to the camera after each recording session. The only way I could find to get around it was to delete then reinstall the app. Completely impractical for on-the-go use. Polaroid support was unable/willing to help. In fact I'm still waiting for a promised callback from them. So, I've returned the camera and accessories, and deleted the app again. This time for good. Bye.

It’s so so laggy on my iPhone x 12.1.4! the format is also not correct and it takes along time to load. I wanted to get back into using my cube but it seems impossible because this app isn’t working so well. An update would be fantastic.
