The app claims to find Pokémon anywhere, but doesn’t seem to actually do so. It says to follow the developer on instagram, but it seems like they aren’t really interested in developing the app further, and don’t respond to requests to add cities.

I went to my pokemon go app and saw that a rattata spawn. I tried this app to see if it would work and it said there was nothing there ?. It doesn’t detect anything guys. Instead you get a pop up with someones instagram ?
