Tourneys are awesome if you like waiting for 3 morons per hand timing out every hand. Improve? Cut the amount of time before folding their hand, repeat time wasters get less time than others.
Terrible compared to years ago

The app is awful. Can’t make player notes. No 9 handed plo games. Can’t see available tables and it just randomly throws you in a game and you end up playing short handed or even heads up. Too much other nonsense going on. With casino games and buttons everywhere. The chat in the games sometimes shifts and covers your cards. I can’t review hand history besides the last hand and by the time I even try to view last hand I’m already trying to play the next hand. The list goes on and on. Really disappointed we waited this long and got a subpar app if not awful app

It's that simple. If you don't believe the other people, you're not going to believe me either. AA, KK, JJ all lost every time. While you're here, check out the five star ratings. Believable? Yeah, didn't think so.
DO NOT ENABLE FACE ID!!

If you enable Face ID you can’t even use the app and there is no way to turn it off!! It’ll keep scanning your face and will glitch out, staying on the homepage. Right now, the app is completely useless for me and I can’t even withdraw anything or play anything!! BEWARE!
Confusing Promos

The promos are confusing. Spend a real dollar to win $50 promo dollars that you can’t actually cash out until you fill some prize box. Which you can’t fill with the $50 promo dollars. You bet the .5 for any team to score in the Super Bowl and it shows a 10 cent profit but says increase will be auto added, show me real money on my bets. I clicked the free $30 promo button when you deposit $20 or more dollars. Tried to put “thirty” in the promo spot and it wouldn’t accept it. It said invalid promo. Mike the chat guy threw me a bone with a couple free entries but I was really expecting my $30. Bottom line Fan Duel and Draft Kings do this way better!!

Played few times then suddenly my account was randomly selected for a security check. Now I can’t play anything and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. Definitely the worst casino app.
