This app keeps crashing then draining chips and kick you off. When you open it back up it steals your chips. RIPOFF

Game continually froze when all in and was regularly buggy. I wasted my time. Deleted it and not bringing it back

En los torneos sping And Go me roban las entradas porque hay veces que no se juega ni una sola mano por problemas de conexión de la propia PokerStars y no de mí. Al salir de la mesa te dice que te reembolsarán la entrada y es mentira. Ya me cogieron 15 millones de fichas robándome

Tournament issues

In the last have Had 4 tournaments lockup after players seated before the winning amount is determined. No explanation given. Lost 1.6M in play money. No way to report issue. Never previously had issue.

Oftenly got frozen screen when entering tournaments. Lost all my buy in even before the first hands started. This is worst when you lose chips that you bought with money. If you play only with few free chips, you may let it go.
They really know how to get you

I used to love playing this whenever I had free time. On my birthday, a day I took off from work to relax, I wanted to get my poker fix, since I de-stress by playing and it is my hobby. Well, that entire day, pokerstars was down for maintenance. Okay, oh well, it happens. Since their full day of maintenance, you would expect no bugs afterwards, right? Wrong. So many times, I have played high stakes tourneys, just to have the screen freeze right after buying in. Beyond frustrating. Especially because I purchased chips prior to these bugs FREQUENTLY. It was excited being promoted in the leagues every week. Addicting. Well, after all of the disappointment, it didn’t make sense to keep purchasing chips. So I earned them for free watching ads, spinning the wheel, etc. only to find that after doing so, the freezing is still occurring. Did I mention this is beyond frustrating? I’ve reached out to customer service sending time stamped screenshots. They ask what operating software & phone I use. That would be IPhone X that updates the iOS and my apps AUTOMATICALLY. So the blame is not on me. My WiFi Is always dependable and all of my other apps work perfect so yeah, again, blame is not on me. I am a business owner and I can tell you, this is customer service at its worst. I will be happy to change my review for an app that was once my favorite, if the a situation is properly resolved. Until then, it’s one lonely star for pokerstars unless they decide to actually do what is fair. Until then, I am even going to throw in the famous, “I’d give it no stars if I could” CHEERS? HAPPY CUSTOMER? On what planet? Developer response is very sarcastic and completely condescending. Thank you for confirming my comment that this is customer service at its worst. POKERSTARS IS THE WORST Thanks for the polite response, unlike the last one that I got. My frustration keeps growing. I try to unwind after work and play this app and the freezes, And constantly having to leave just to reopen the app and lose chips drives me crazy. I’m trying not to give up on this app but the more I play it lately, the more my frustration grows. I have numerous screenshots of this happening as well as emails with no attempts to at least attempt to reimburse.

This game is good and then it gives u nothing I played 24 plus hands with out getting a pair crazy if it was truly random one pair would come up at some point and I don’t play crazy. The draws are. It always random

I was on a 50 million dollar table. Was dealt cards but could not see them. I couldn’t fold, check or bet. Lost connection to the server and lost all my chips. This is ridiculous. E
