Ur game n platform is very suspect in some players n occurances. It’s a free play but seems the players are up against bots rather than real players. Most likely to influence players to buy chips from the site. Also a lot of time waste is allowed to slow game down . Certain players n bots waste time on purpose. Seems most likely bots doing this .
Poker... Ruined.

I've been playing pokerstars play money for nearly a decade. Recently I took the "lite" app off my iPad and today installed the "play" app. It's horrible! It's cartoonish. The controls are a big step backwards. There's weird xp and quizzes that really have nothing to do with playing poker. I've spent countless hours playing on Pokerstars and I deleted this new app after 10 minutes. Bring back the old format!

The game was great spent money here now won't let me even sign in. Tried downloading again still won't work

Network issues on their end caused me to lose 5 million chips, Poker Stars completely unwilling to work with me in refunding FAKE money chips. Switching to WSOP.

Earlier this year, PokerStars introduced the Jackpot Poker app. It played like a casino table game. Not my thing. This is a reboot of that app. Thing is, the PokerStars Lite app was the closest thing to live poker I’ve ever played. Multi table tournaments, table balancing, IT WAS GREAT! Apparently, this is now the replacement. And I hate that. Please bring back the Lite app. This is a poor excuse for a replacement.
