I’ve played just about all of the hold em apps and this is by far my fav

I've been playing this game for a couple months. Started it to practice for a charity tournament I was in. I've enjoyed it and haven't had to pay for chips yet, but I'm stuck on Brazil. 26K buy-in, have to beat 16 players to advance. I've come in 2nd or 3rd several times, but can't get past it. It's frustrating as heck. I actually "spent" almost 250K chips trying to beat it. If that's the way they get you to buy chips, it ain't happening.

The game is set up so that you can’t play without chips, and you steadily lose chips even if you’re reliably coming in first or second place. You basically get to play a few games and then you’re dropping real money or you’re out of the game. It doesn’t have any special qualities to make up for the friction.

Fun game initially but quickly loses its luster

The game play is excellent, but the blinds are unrealistic. They should progress far slower than the preposterous pace at which they’ve been set. You are basically playing a game of pure luck which brings this game down to barely 1 star.

Can’t keep playing. ?

I like the game, it plays well. I just wish I could turn it on and play a game. I have gold cups for the first two cities, silver for the third, but now I am closed out,...unless I pay real money for chips. ?
