Frustrating and Inflexible

I’m picking up the game to play with my daughter. I figured this online game would be a good way to learn and have added fun redeeming the codes. Firstly the app failed to recognize my login. After some online research I waited a few hours, it worked. Then I went looking for the redeemed codes. Sorry, you cannot see them. You are forced into some games. No freedom. Cannot even exit out. Terrible customer experience. Don’t waste your time. Stick to the real cards.

I really am addicted to the game, but I have to keep resending my email and it’s not working, even after 24hrs, I have tons of cards I want to redeem and it would be awesome if you could accept my email this would be one of my favourite apps, thanks!

I can't get past the tutorial!

I got this game because I like Pokemon but when I tried playing it in the middle of the tutorial, it glitched me out of the game and I got back on repeatedly but I kept glitching me out, please fix this!

The app is great as far as playing but I found what bugs me the most are that they don’t have the qr reader integrated I keep having to go on an actual computer if I want to speed through my codes and the other thing is that when you build your own deck I always have the option on for it to show only the cards I own but half the time once I’m done and I save my dads it tells me that there are cards in there that I don’t own but it never tells me which ones they are it be nice if it at least do that or that it would work properly and just show the card you own.

I used to play this. It wasn’t too hard, not rigged, and never crashed. Now, it crashes all the time, is very difficult, totally rigged, and rarely ever opens without me having to close the window entirely and reopening it like 8 times. What. Happened.

This game is fun and is the best alternative to actual irl gameplay because I don't have any friends to play with or the money to actually buy cards, BUT I do not like how some (MOST) cards are trade locked, so I can't trade them away if I want to build a deck with some cards I have and want to trade away cards I don't need for cards I do need, I can't because they are trade locked and usually it takes forever to get the cards I need. Also, I think it would be cool if along with erasing the trade lock thing (or just toning it down a lot), it would be cool if in the shop we could sell cards we don't need for the pokecoins (I think that's what the currency is called). So each card has a sell value and you can sell them for pokecoins, so you can buy more booster packs just like irl. I hope you guys consider this but I am not trying to be I critic I'm just pointing out an annoying feature and offering suggestions. But thanks for this wonderful addicting game!

Apple your idiots for not allowing player to download their codes on the app. How is it any different than when we have to buy crap in games? So stupid. Guess I’m moving my game play to android.
