Constant Crashing and Exploitative, but I’m Hooked!

eh no grammar im tired. this is a warning to those gonna download the game it crashes every 2 seconds. and i mean like, theres a 1/4 chance tha whenever u do anything its gonna crash. the entire app is gonna reload. no issues with save data or anything but its really annoying to say the least. quick tip tho: when it shows the error message swipe up to the quick app change menu, wait 5 seconds, and then click back into the app. its faster than just closing and restarting the whole thing. some more things to be prepared for: 1. you are going to spend a lot of time under-leveled for most of the content in this game. if you make friends (which you will) they will all be further along than you. should this stop you from downloading the app? no! but its important to note since ur gonna be losing a lot in everything that isnt the main stages. 2. this game is insanely exploitative. if you have trouble with gacha games i beg of you to not buy this. the only reason i havent spent money is because ive done my own research on how mobile games can take advantage of you. you cant even play the game AT ALL half the time unless you either pay like every hour (if youre a consistent player) or log on and donate hearts to your friends in a weird daily exchange that you either keep up or make all your 20 internet never-interacted-with-you pokemon shuffle buddies mad at you and unfriend you. its really hard not to spend money. if you have any goals whatsoever going into this game dont expect to achieve them without throwing either your entire life or your wallet at it first. 3. there arent any video ads but there is one ad for pokemon cafe at the bottom of the screen every time you log in and its very easy to click on accident. ive clicked it quite a few times and i have no interest in downloading pokemon cafe. just something to be wary of. 4. this is worse than the 3ds version. they didnt change much, yet somehow made it worse. i got this app because i loved the 3ds version and wanted to give it a shot. it isnt that it got worse with time, the original 3ds one is still worth a play, just this one is suckier and much more costly than the original. all that being said, its a good time killer if youre willing to throw your phone at a wall out of anger, and i am. i honestly enjoyed the magikarp jumping app more but somehow this is the one i ended up sticking with. so, dear reader, enjoy your pokemon cashgrab. my friend code is VZK5QFDT if you decide to download it. have fun!

This is a great game. Except for one thing… LIVES. THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL. They make you wait long periods of time to play again. Please remove them. They are HORRID. If it weren’t for them, I would rate this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I revoke one for the horrible lives feature.

i’ve been having a lot of fun with pokémon shuffle lately, and i know it’s been 3 years since any kind of update but it really shows. i can hardly do anything without the whole app crashing, and it became more of a problem when i tried to use one of my mega start boosts and it crashed before the level. when i went back in, i no longer had it. i feel cheated. i wish this game worked.

Be warned. This game will crash with a 5 second prompt warning. I tried to submit a support ticket to the company, only to be told that it might be my device, internet connection, or not enough storage. PLEASE! After a second follow up, I was told that it might be compatibility issues between iOS versions and game development. If your developers can’t pinpoint the cause, then shut it down. Go through each line of code and look at the crash data along with any other relevant information from users. Get it together.
Can’t catch them all

Unfortunately, just like any free to play game you won’t be able to catch them all without paying money. I’ve spent 20 hearts trying to catch friskier with a poke ball. I realize I would need coins to buy a great ball and other items to increase my chances of catching him. I can understand doing that for special and expert quest pokemon; but I shouldn’t have to use money to catch main quest pokemon.

Some glitch causes the game to get a black screen and quit out after 5 seconds. Once they fixed that I’ll fix this rating for sure
